Job Description

Job Overview: Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer to be part of its IT operations team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Technical Support: You will be responsible for providing advanced IT support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related queries. Your core role includes monitoring IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, and responding promptly to support tickets.


User Assistance & Troubleshooting: You will assist staff in resolving technical issues, setting up workstations, managing system configurations, and ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshooting desktop, printer, VoIP, and email issues will form part of your daily responsibilities.

System Maintenance & Upgrades: As a senior engineer, you are expected to take a proactive role in maintaining servers, performing routine system backups, software updates, and security patches. Your responsibility will also extend to recommending system upgrades when required.

Security and Compliance: Ensuring cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols will be a key focus. You will work with company policies and assist in maintaining IT compliance and security across all endpoints.

Communication & Reporting: The role demands clear communication with non-technical users, preparing regular reports on system health, and updating management on IT incidents or service improvements. English fluency is essential for internal collaboration and documentation.
