We are looking for an Assistant Purchasing Manager to support our day-to-day procurement needs across multiple venues. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Venue Managers to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with operations teams to understand purchasing needs
- Sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery terms
- Managing purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor communications
- Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future needs
- Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–4 years of purchasing/procurement experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in purchasing/ERP systems
- Experience in hospitality, events, or F&B is a plus
