MSK Al Ghaith Group is seeking a highly experienced Agricultural Engineer to lead and supervise soft landscaping projects across our Agricultural World Gardens division. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in palm care (mandatory), UAE-native plant species, and modern irrigation/reporting systems, with hands-on experience in sustainable landscaping suitable for the UAE environment.
The selected candidate must be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all soft landscape activities, including planting, turfing, soil preparation, and irrigation systems
Provide technical guidance on native and adaptive plant selection, pest and disease control, and sustainable landscaping techniques
Monitor and enhance plant, tree, and grass health with proactive corrective actions
Design, install, and adapt irrigation systems based on site-specific needs and water conservation strategies
Prepare professional landscape and irrigation reports and maintain documentation
Lead and mentor landscaping teams; collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
Ensure compliance with UAE environmental regulations and company safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Horticulture
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE or similar arid environments
Extensive experience in palm tree care is a must
Expertise in local UAE agriculture and native plant species is essential
In-depth knowledge of soil science, irrigation programs, and water-efficient landscaping
Proven ability to lead field teams and deliver high-quality results on time
Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
