📢 We're Hiring: Authority Liaison (Architect) – Abu Dhabi, UAE

🔹 Experience: 8–10 years in Engineering Consultancy (UAE)
🔹 Location: Abu Dhabi
🔹 Salary: AED 9,000–12,000
🔹 Job Type: Full-time
🔹 Language Requirement: Arabic speaking is a must
🔹 Industry: Engineering Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between design teams and government authorities (e.g., ADM, DOT, ADDC, Civil Defense).
• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and approval requirements.
• Prepare and submit permit/NOC documentation via MEPS & TAMM systems.
• Lead authority coordination meetings, resolve compliance issues, and drive timely approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align architectural work with authority standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max
• Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations and approval processes
• Prior experience in commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects
