Languages: Tamil (Native), Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate our logistics operations, including import/export processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE customs regulations, experience in handling logistics documentation, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the daily logistics and transportation operations

Handle import and export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and shipping coordination

Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery

Monitor and maintain inventory and warehouse records

Ensure compliance with all UAE logistics, transportation, and customs regulations

Plan routes and manage drivers when necessary

Prepare and maintain reports related to shipments, expenses, and delivery performance

Provide multilingual support in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam


Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 4 years of logistics experience in the UAE

Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures

Valid UAE driving license

Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam

Proficient in MS Office and logistics software

Ability to work independently and handle pressure


Salary: [To be discussed based on experience] 2500 to 3500.
