We’re Hiring: Junior Financial Controller – Fit-Out

💰 Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500

Are you driven by numbers, cost control, and financial efficiency? We're seeking a Junior Financial Controller who can take ownership of budget management, identify and eliminate financial leakages, and enhance project profitability—without compromising on quality.
This is a critical role for a cost-conscious and detail-oriented finance professional with hands-on experience in the Fit-Out or Interior Design industry.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Identify and eliminate unnecessary expenses and inefficiencies across project sites
Implement strict budgetary controls and flag variances impacting profitability
Conduct surprise audits to uncover hidden costs, misuse of resources, or process gaps
Accelerate collections and manage payables to optimize cash conversion cycles
Analyze P&L statements and propose actionable cost-reduction strategies
Establish approval hierarchies and enforce spending limits
Negotiate favorable payment terms with vendors and ensure compliance
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
2–3 years of financial control experience within the Fit-Out / Interiors industry (mandatory)
Demonstrated success in reducing project costs by 10–15% through financial oversight
Advanced Excel skills for cost dashboards and automated alerts
Ability to challenge unnecessary expenditures and enforce budget discipline
Experience in vendor negotiations and cash flow management
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365) is a strong advantage
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cost optimization and efficiency
