1. 3-5 Yrs. work experience in a core lab.
2. Thorough knowledge in:
a. ISO documentation control.
b. CAP Experience/training.
c. Excel-Basic/advanced.
d. Consumables/inventory.
e. TAT Analysis/Monitoring.
3. Transcription support and good speed.
4. Complaint handling and coordination.
5. Telephonic and email etiquette.
6. Graduation in Life sciences (MLT).
7. Flexibility to work in any shift/Day
