🏗️ Land Surveyor - Civil Construction (UAE) : Immediate Joiner required

🔑 Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Land Surveyor in the UAE civil construction industry.
Proven expertise in setting out, surveying, and leveling for large-scale civil works- High Rise building
Proficiency in operating advanced surveying equipment (Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, Data Collectors, Laser Levels).
Strong knowledge of relevant local regulations and standards (e.g., RTA, Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality, etc. approvals/procedures are a plus).
Ability to interpret and implement engineering drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

🎯 Responsibilities
Conduct precise land surveys, topographical surveys, and construction setting out activities across project sites.
Establish, verify, and maintain primary and secondary survey control networks.
Analyze survey data, prepare detailed reports, maps, and plans using CAD and specialized surveying software.
Collaborate closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and construction teams to ensure design alignment and accuracy.
Perform regular quality checks on work executed to ensure compliance with design specifications and project standards.
Maintain meticulous records of field books, sketches, calculations, and survey data.
Ensure all surveying activities adhere strictly to safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
