Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to convert raw data into clear insights.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple internal and external sources.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support management decision-making.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business performance.
Work with different teams (sales, finance, operations, marketing) to understand reporting needs.
Develop automated reporting systems and maintain databases.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
Perform data modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI or Tableau, SQL, and basic Python/R (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large data sets and complex reporting tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
