Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate leadership skills
Direct management experience for agency workforce in operations/ logistics, manufacturing, engineering, production or distribution environment
Experience with planning, performance metrics, process improvement
Experience with the full staffing life cycle
Strong analytical capability
Flexibility to work as business demands, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
Experience of managing third party contingent resources
in a business with peak season

Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in delivery station
Diploma in related field/logistics & supply chain
