📌 Job Opening: HR & Admin Executive
📍 Location: Hor Al Anz, Dubai

Office Timing: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Nationality Preference: Filipino
Availability: Immediate joiner preferred

We are hiring an HR & Admin Executive to support our day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle WPS payroll processing
- Manage visa processing and coordination with PRO
- Process end-of-service settlements
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Prepare HR letters, documentation, and reports
- Oversee general office administration
- Assist management with HR-related tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR & Admin experience in the UAE
- Proven experience in WPS Payroll, Visa Processing, and EOS Processing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage
