📢 We Are Hiring: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced PRO to manage all government and regulatory processes for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end visa processing for new employees, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Manage labor, immigration, MOL/MOI procedures efficiently.
• Coordinate with free zone and mainland authorities for all company services.
• Process trade license renewals, amendments, and related requirements.
• Manage establishment card, quota applications, access permits, and other filings.
• Ensure timely submission of documents to avoid fines and delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all government transactions.
• Support HR and management with all government-related tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of PRO experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration systems, and free zone procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
