FALA Group is currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR Insurance Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer employee medical and insurance policies
• Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and third parties
• Manage employee enrollments, renewals, and insurance claims
• Address employee insurance-related inquiries professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
• Maintain accurate insurance records and reports

Candidate Requirements:
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE
• Relevant experience within the HR Department is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of employee insurance and benefits administration
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
