About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Hiring / Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, strategic workforce planning, and deep knowledge of recruitment governance within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
Review, interview, and select candidates for senior and critical roles.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal recruitment policies.
Support onboarding, probation evaluation, and confirmation decisions.
Manage recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM / PHR) are an advantage.
Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and recruitment best practices.
Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and complex hiring needs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
