Experience Required: 1–3 years (Healthcare)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year UAE healthcare experience

Insurance knowledge (approval, claims, eligibility checks) – mandatory

DHA knowledge / experience in DHA-compliant processes

Good communication (English language mandatory)

Computer literacy and customer service skills
