● Proven experience filming and editing professional content (real estate or lifestyle preferred)

● Skilled with cameras, lighting, and drone operation

● Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut

● Creative mindset and ability to work independently

● Flexible, professional, and discreet
