Hiring: Accounting Executive | Dubai, UAE

Arta Properties, Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Executive with strong accounting knowledge and UAE experience. Real estate exposure is an advantage.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
📅 Start Date: ASAP
🕘 Working Hours:
* Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounting records (journals, GL, fixed assets)
* Manage AP/AR and bank, vendor & customer reconciliations
* Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports
* Handle month-end & year-end closing
* VAT & Corporate Tax filing via FTA Portal
* Process payments, petty cash & expenses
* Commission tracking, breakdown & release
* Support annual audit requirements

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
* 2+ years UAE experience (Real Estate preferred)
* Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks & FTA Portal (Must-have requirements)

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000
