Vacancy - General Manager (concept store)

I am hiring a General Manager/Asst.GM for a reputed retail client for their value/concept stores business.

Should have minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the value/concept/dept stores business (Reatil).

Strong exposure to Sales & Conversion, Promotions & Performance and other revenue generating initiatives.

Experience in Risk assessment & Forecasts.

Able to identify and develop staff performance, KPI management & plan training.

Experience in handling multiple stores and in multiple regions.

Excellent motivational, leadership, financial and people skills.

Salary: upto 25,000 AED + family status.
Location: Dubai, UAE
