Job Description

Manage daily operations of labor camps and accommodation facilities

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, HSE, and municipality regulations

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline within the camp

Coordinate with HR, PRO, and site teams for manpower movement

Supervise camp staff (cleaners, security, maintenance)

Handle employee accommodation-related issues and welfare

Maintain records, inventory, and camp reports

Coordinate catering and other camp-related services

Requirements

3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Camp Boss

Knowledge of UAE labor camp rules and HSE standards

Basic computer and reporting skills

Good communication skills (English mandatory)

Ability to manage large workforce accommodations
