We’re Hiring: HR Manager (Shipping)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to the shipping / maritime industry to lead end-to-end HR operations for both shore-based staff and crew.

Key Highlights:
✔ End-to-end HR management (recruitment, employee relations, performance & compliance)
✔ Crew HR exposure (MLC 2006, crewing coordination, welfare & certifications)
✔ 4–8 years HR experience with managerial exposure
✔ Maritime / shipping industry experience preferred
