Lead Designer – Interior Design
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to manage and deliver luxury residential and large scale commercial interior design projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong leadership, design excellence, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining the highest design and quality standards.

Requirements
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
8–12+ years of experience, with proven exposure to large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E suitable for large projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit (preferred), Adobe Suite.
Strong understanding of UAE market standards, authorities, and site practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
