Looking Urgently For Hr Assistant/coordinator

Location: UAE



1. Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department
2. Assist with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
3. maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
4. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
5. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
6. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
7. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
8. Provides clerical support to the HR department.
9. May assist with payroll functions

F&B experience is a plus
Solid knowledge on HR System
BBA in Human Resources or equivalent
2 years of experience in the UAE
