📌 We Are Hiring | Operations Coordinator – Air & Sea Freight
📍 Dubai – DAFZA, UAE | 🏢 Onsite | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator with 2–3 years of UAE freight forwarding experience to manage daily import/export operations, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics flow.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operations (UAE experience preferred)
✔ Strong experience in Air & Sea Freight Operations
✔ Customs Clearance and Dubai Trade Proficiency (Required)
✔ Solid knowledge of Import & Export documentation and procedures (Required)
✔ Calogi and Sky Cargo experience (Highly Preferred)
✔ Hands-on experience in shipment coordination, documentation & clearance follow-ups
✔ Excellent coordination with customers, agents, airlines, shipping lines & internal teams
✔ Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Cargo Handling (Preferred)
✔ Knowledge of Authority Approvals and Exemptions (Preferred)
✔ Ability to handle multiple shipments and meet deadlines
✔ Good communication skills and a strong team player


💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (Depends on experience)
