We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Coders to join our RCM team in Ras Al Khaimah. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. ✨ Key Responsibilities
• Review clinical documentation and medical records.
• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate with billing and RCM teams for clean claim submissions.
• Identify and rectify coding discrepancies.
• Support internal audits and quality improvement activities.

📌 Requirements

Education & Certification
• Degree in Medical background, Health Information Management, or related field.
• Medical coding certification (AAPC / AHIMA) is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.

Experience
• Freshers with strong coding knowledge are welcome.
• Experienced coders should have hands-on exposure to ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance and billing processes is an added advantage.

Skills
• Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic knowledge of EMR/EHR systems preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
