Key Responsibilities
✔️ Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests, including complex cases
✔️ Manage customer enquiries, fault reports, and complaints end-to-end
✔️ Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures
✔️ Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
✔️ Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and customer records
✔️ Support outbound campaigns, surveys, and customer feedback activities
✔️ Coach and support new joiners and trainees
✔️ Assist supervisors and cover duties when required
✔️ Meet daily targets and clear cases/emails efficiently
✔️ Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach at all times
What You Need:
Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate
3+ years of experience as a CSR / Contact Center Agent
Strong complaint handling and customer service skills
Good PC skills and CRM system exposure
Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
Ability to work shifts and meet performance targets
