Post: Continuous Improvement – Engineer

Years of experience: 3-5

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and lead execution for a wide range of Continuous Improvement projects using best practices and kaizens in Lean approaches.

2. Lead, facilitate, execute and manage projects to reduce waste and variation, through use of Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies.

3. Work with management to identify new improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, cost, performance and productivity.
