Requirements:
7 to 8 years’ experience in managing HR and Administration at operation/project sites of an Engineering/other Organization.
Skilled in functional areas of HR covering the entire talent life cycle.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
-Data analysis, Communication, Presentation, Team building and Interpersonal relationship.
Communication with various departments and Implementation of HRAD policies & procedures for Blue Collars as well as White collars.
