Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure Projects) | Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong exposure to infrastructure projects in the UAE, specifically in roads, dry utilities, and wet utilities works.
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
▪ 5–10 years of UAE experience in infrastructure projects
▪ Strong experience in roads, stormwater, sewerage, potable water & dry utilities
▪ Good knowledge of measurement, BOQ preparation, cost control & variations
▪ Experience in interim valuations, payment certificates & subcontractor management
▪ Familiar with UAE construction standards and authority requirements
▪ Strong coordination with site, planning & commercial teams
