This role is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to establish Dinero Markets in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will develop the local market strategy, acquire clients, and build a network of IBs and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a client acquisition plan
• Identify and onboard IB partners and trading community referrers
• Convert inbound leads and manage follow-up to funded account status
• Build community presence via social media, forums, and local networks
• Report on progress, pipeline, and market dynamics to the regional sales leadership

Requirements:
• 2+ years in a sales or business development role, ideally within forex or financial services
• Strong local network in the trading or investment community
• Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil with excellent English communication
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
• Strong digital literacy and social media presence

Nice to Have:
• Prior experience with a forex or CFD broker
• Existing IB or affiliate relationships
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms
