Job Description :

Commercial Leasing Manager manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.

Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Responsible for Managing Rent.

• Responsible for Managing Tenants.

• Responsible for Managing the Budget/Maintaining Records.

• Well-honed marketing abilities

• Ability to sign legitimate tenants quickly.
