Job Vacancy: IT SUPPORT for Private Villa (VIP Client) | Dubai, UAE

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a VIP Client for a Private Villa based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We are seeking a proactive, discreet, and service-oriented IT Support professional to manage and support the day-to-day technology needs of the residence.

Note: Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line IT support for all hardware, software, and network-related issues within the private residence.

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, Apple Mac devices, iPhones, iPads, printers, and other IT equipment.

Support Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts.

Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, networking, and internet connectivity.

Provide technical support for meeting room and home AV systems.

Assist with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other video conferencing platforms.

Ensure all IT systems are maintained with professionalism, efficiency, and complete confidentiality.

Requirements
✅ 1–3 years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role.
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, macOS, iOS, networking, printers, and AV systems.
✅ Hands-on experience supporting Apple devices, including MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads.
✅ Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms.
✅ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
✅ Professional, discreet, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a high-profile private household environment.
