🚨HIRING | SENIOR PROCUREMENT & SUPPLIER MANAGER | UAE 🇦🇪

Seeking an experienced Senior Procurement & Supplier Manager to support the maintenance and in-service support of airborne and ground-based Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems.

This is a hands-on procurement and commercial role combining supplier management, commercial negotiations, and day-to-day procurement activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and Customer stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective supplier relationships and act as a key commercial interface.
Manage procurement activities from initial requirements through PO placement and delivery.
Work closely with Customer stakeholders responsible for formal procurement.
Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs), procurement documentation, and commercial requirements.
Review and negotiate commercial proposals and contractual terms for purchases, repairs, and follow-on support.
Coordinate purchases, repairs, supplier actions, and delivery follow-ups.
Maintain procurement and repair trackers and monitor supplier performance.
Provide clear procurement and supplier status reporting.
Coordinate export documentation and supplier correspondence with Customers and internal teams.
Develop sufficient technical understanding of products and services to effectively manage supplier discussions.
Identify when specialist technical input is required.
Support routine procurement activities as required.
🔹 Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in procurement, supplier management, or commercial management within the aerospace or defense industry.
Strong experience reviewing commercial proposals and negotiating contractual terms.
Experience drafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and procurement documentation.
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
Technical understanding sufficient to work effectively with complex aerospace or defense products and services.
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to follow-up and issue resolution.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to prepare clear and professional commercial correspondence.
