WE ARE HIRING | OPERATIONS OFFICER

We are currently looking for experienced Operations Officers to join a leading organization in Abu Dhabi.

Location: Abu Dhabi – Head Office
Contract: 12-month outsourced contract, subject to extension

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate enquiries related to the UAE Resilience Program
• Gather, analyze, and present operational data
• Support the implementation and enhancement of digital solutions
• Promote Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business Analytics preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Operations (Shipping) and analytical environments
• Experience in Global Freight – Air, Ocean & Overland
• Knowledge of Global Shipping
• UAE work experience
• Hands-on ERP / UAT experience, preferably Oracle Fusion
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence applications
• Advanced/Champion-level Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, multitasking and problem-solving skills
