Position: Senior Accountant – Payable

Kabri International Co. LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Payable to join our finance team in Dubai.

No. Required: 01
Experience: 5 – 7 years in UAE – Construction/Contracting Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contracts and purchase orders.

Manage payment runs, reconciliations and vendor statements, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain accounts payable records, aging reports and assist in monthly closing and reporting.

Coordinate with procurement and project teams on invoice approvals, retentions and payment terms.

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements and company financial policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

5 – 7 years of proven experience in the UAE/GCC, specifically in accounts payable within construction or contracting.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
