Civil / Architectural Engineer
📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE
💼 Experience: 1-3 Years
📄 Employment Type: 3 MONTHS EXTENDABLE CONTRACT

We are looking for a Civil / Architectural Engineer to support construction and real estate projects across site execution, technical coordination, inspections, quality control, and project documentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Support site execution and project coordination
• Review architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
• Assist with BOQs, RFIs, material submittals, and inspection requests
• Monitor quality, quantities, materials, and contractor performance
• Maintain site reports and project documentation
• Support snagging, rectification, and handover activities

🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
• 1+ year of relevant construction/real estate experience
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on construction sites
