Looking for an experienced Food Cost Controller to manage food costs, inventory, purchasing controls, and profitability across our catering operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food & beverage costs and analyze cost variances
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly cost and inventory reports
• Manage stock receiving, storage, issuing, FIFO/FEFO, and reconciliation
• Conduct regular & surprise stock counts and investigate variances, wastage & losses
• Review purchase requisitions, LPOs, supplier pricing & purchasing activities
• Conduct recipe costing, yield tests, portion control & menu costing
• Work closely with Kitchen & Operations teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability
• Support budgeting, forecasting & cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure accurate records across POS, inventory & ERP systems
• Support internal/external audits and maintain cost-control procedures

🎯 Requirements

✅ Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field
✅ 2–5 years of F&B Cost Control experience
✅ Catering or large-scale F&B experience preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control & stock reconciliation
✅ Strong Excel & analytical skills
✅ UAE/Dubai catering experience preferred
