Absolute Technical Systems LLP is looking for experienced Specialized Power Operators for a prestigious Oil & Gas / LNG Plant Operations Project in Das Island, Abu Dhabi – UAE.

The role requires strong plant-operation experience, including monitoring, start-up/shutdown, abnormal-condition handling and safe operation of plant equipment. These responsibilities are consistent with current UAE power/LNG operator roles.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Operate and monitor LNG/ASR plant equipment safely and efficiently
* Monitor plant parameters, equipment conditions and operating systems
* Carry out plant start-up and shutdown activities
* Identify and report abnormal operating conditions and equipment defects
* Maintain accurate shift logs and operational records
* Coordinate with Shift Supervisors, Control Room and Maintenance teams
* Prepare equipment for maintenance and support safe isolation/normalization
* Monitor plant conditions including pressures, temperatures, levels and flows
* Support plant operations during shutdowns, start-ups and ship-loading activities
* Follow Permit-to-Work, HSE and ADNOC operational procedures
* Participate in emergency response activities when required

✅ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Technical Diploma in relevant field OR Secondary School Certificate with vocational trade certification
* 4–6 years of Oil & Gas Plant Operations experience
* Experience as a Plant Shift Operator / Power Operator
* Strong knowledge of DCS systems
* Experience in LNG, gas processing, power generation or large industrial plants preferred
* Good spoken and written English communication
* Good coordination, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Boiler Engineer / Boiler Attendant certification from relevant government/regulatory authority
* ISPS certification
* Candidates with relevant ADNOC / GCC experience will be highly preferred
