WE ARE HIRING – SALES COORDINATOR
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Nationality: Filipino / Philippine
Industry: Automobile / Automotive

Job Responsibilities:
*Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
*Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other sales-related documents.
*Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle/automotive products, orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
*Follow up on sales leads, quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements.
*Coordinate with the Sales, Workshop, Spare Parts, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
*Maintain accurate customer and sales records and update the CRM/database.
*Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and follow up on pending activities.
*Assist the sales team with customer communication and general administrative tasks.
*Requirements - Filipino / Philippine nationality.
*Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role in the automobile/automotive industry is preferred.
*Good communication and customer coordination skills.
*Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
*UAE experience is an advantage.
