We are seeking an experienced Arabic-Speaking Head Chef with strong expertise in hot food production for catering and events.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

* Expertise in Arabic cuisine and hot food preparation
* Maintain consistent recipes and high food quality
* Manage food costing and efficient ingredient usage
* Ensure excellent food presentation and quality standards
* Lead and supervise the kitchen team during busy production periods
* Coordinate with packing, dispatch, and event service teams to ensure timely delivery
