We are looking out for a person to join in our financial analyst team. This would be a senior role leading a team. CFA/ Level 2 needed.
Location- Dubai , UAE.

• Develops short and long-term financial models, strategic plan projections and budget outlooks
• Drafting feasibility studies for business expansion and new businesses including valuation analysis.
• Preparation of investment documentation (investment proposals, presentations, information memorandum, pre-qualification memorandum, term-sheets, etc.)
• Undertakes Company valuations for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
• Participates in the completion of due diligence reviews in connection with potential investments, and prepares relevant materials (presentations, financials analysis, etc.).
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of existing investments.
• Perform special projects on an as-needed basis.
• Uses complex financial models to project future earnings and profit potentials and uses this data to form decisions and proposals.
