We are hiring “Inventory Coordinator” for Bedashing Beauty Lounge LLC. ( A Chain of Beauty Lounges )

Vacancy : Inventory Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary : Up to AED 4,000 (Depending on the experience).
Joining : Immediate (With Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa)

Job Specification :
1. Maintaining stock inventory in system with accuracy
2. Ensure reconciliation of supplier deliveries to Invoice/ PO
3.Timely submission of invoices to finance with supportive documents.
4.Ensuring Availability of Stock as per the usage trend
5. Preparing generic reports
6. Experience in SAP ERP
7. Entering GRPO and DN/GRN for huge number of orders
8. Manage the Logistics and delivery of stock to all outlets.
9. Flexible with long working hours
