Contracts Engineer Required (For A EPC Company)

Experience & Qualification:
· Minimum 08 ~10 Years of experience
· Extensive EPC / Construction contract Experience of Oil & Gas industry
· Degree in an Engineering discipline
· Must have experience in Contracts Administration, Contracts Management and have strong commercial Acumen.
·Experience in the UAE is essential with a familiarity of working on UAE EPC related projects with UAE clients
· Must be based in UAE

Key Accountabilities:
·Coordination with site team to ascertain contractual and practical measures to ensure compliance with requirements
· Advice on specific requirements of the contract and performance in accordance therewith
· Assessing contractual implications of site decisions and optimization of practical contract conditions
· Maintaining a working relationship with design, construction, engineering, procurement and legal management to develop and implement Contract Management Strategy
· Finalize commercial inputs for contracts and agreements for customers and suppliers including but not limited to NDA’s, Project, Sale & Purchase, Licensing, Services Agreements, etc.
· Agreeing valuations and methods of reimbursement with client
