Urgently to hire Financial Controller for the leading group into Food & Beverages.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Language: Arabic (Required) and English
Location : Dubai
Job Profile :
• Inventory Checking for Restaurant/Warehouse/Central Kitchen
• Regular spot check and surprise visit for All Restaurant/Warehouse/Central Kitchen.
• Calculating the costing for all new items and current menu items comparing with ideal cost.
• P&L responsibilities of Food and Package, wastage.
• Daily monitoring/wastage/Employee needs and all kinds of discount.
• Working with Procurement Team closely to reduce the cost as much as can and reviewing the Quotation before handed to Top Management approval.
• Monthly commentary to be circulated with the Top Management showing the trend of monthly cost comparing to ideal/cost.
Candidate should have working experience in Operations and Commercial Controls, Inventory, Fixed Assets, HR Cost Controls, Cost Control, and Budgetary Compliance.
Candidates with 5+ Years of working experience in restaurants companies.
