You will be responsible to:

Gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
Preparing tenders, RFQs, negotiating costs and managing supplier contracts
Source suppliers and manage supplier portfolio, including raw materials, finishes, furniture and other stand elements and Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.

Requirements:

Preferably a degree / diploma in Civil Engineer or Interior Design
Excellent Knowledge of interiors and furniture Auto CAD and other software’s (Excel deep knowledge is must) related to the field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Fit-out and Joinery (Candidate should experience from Showroom / Fit out / Hotel bespoke furniture Industry)
Knowledge of SAP applications.
Able to join immediately or maximum 15 days to apply
