Location: Dubai

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Electronics/Telecommunication/ Electrical/Computer Science with 5 – 10 years ’Experience ( CCNP, CCNA, PMP, MCSE).

– Troubleshooting malfunctions of CPE (Routers, STB & ONTs) hardware and software applications to resolve operational issues by identifying RCA and recommend solutions.
– Address CPEs issues to get resolution in coordination with involved teams & vendors.
– Extend support for critical incidents escalated from DOC, FM & and other sections that required out of the box troubleshooting and support along with knowledge sharing.
– Reports preparation defining project progress, problems and solutions.
– Member in UAT, ATP activities related to immediate requirement/new implementations in a live network.
– Review SOPs & BRDs on new enhancements and provide effective feedback.
– Vendor Management to get support for procured devices/tools.
– Keep up to date with technological changes in IT industry.
– To have advance technical, analytical and interpersonal skills
– Receive calls transferred from DOC/FM to provide 2nd/3rd level support to FM for escalated cases.
– Any other duties as assigned by management
