Location: Dubai

We are looking for an experienced trainer. The trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs complete with materials and online/classroom modules.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize training materials based on operational requirements
Compile content and materials required for training modules
Deliver training in the classroom and online
Test and review created materials
Follow up on training delivered
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, human resources, or related field
* Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, training specialist, or related position
* Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
* Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/training goals
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Organized and able to create multiple training modules, and schedules
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Excellent team-building skills and ability to encourage staff to learn
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to analyze operational requirements and strategize for better solutions
**MUST HAVE VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE
