Qualifications:
a 2 to 3 years UAE experience
b Preferably Arabic
c Graduate of Civil Engineer
d Have Sales and Negotiation skills
e Have UAE driving license
f Preferably have own car
g Available in UAE and ready to join immediately
h Work to be assigned in Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

1. Speed response to all Job-In Hand &Tender inquiries
2. Study and evaluate drawings (AutoCAD & PDF) related to inquiries
3. Site Inspection and quantity surveying
4. Arrange breakdown considering savings for WEM
a. Cost control management
b. Resources management
5. Customize new methodology and solutions for every project
6. Deal with sub-contractors
7. Preparation of quotation
8. Preparation of BOQ, if required
9. 3D presentations for big projects
10. Sales presentation for contractors and sub-contractors
11. Attend technical meetings
12. Preparation of site documentations such as Method Statement, Risk Assessment,
13. Safety requirements, etc.
14. Follow up and coordination of site executions
15. Preparation of work Certificate and BOQ for billing
16. Invoice submissions and cheque collection
