A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai looking for a Cafe Manager

Company: Merika Cafe
Salary Range: (5,000 AED - 6,000 AED)
Qualification : MBA | M.COM | BBA | MSC
The candidates must have 5-7 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Interview, train, and supervise all of the café’s employees, which may include: waitresses, cooks, hostesses, valets, dishwashers, baristas, etc.
- Create weekly schedules/shifts, finding replacements, and filling in for staff when there is a need.
- To assign job objectives that employees must follow, and evaluate the staff’s performance against the objectives in employee reviews.
- Train employees on cake/drinks preparation and proper use of coffee & cake equipment.
- Accountable for the café’s books, making sure that all of the expenses are within the pre-established budget, and sales meet daily and monthly goals.
- Ensure all cash, cheque, and credit card transactions are completed according to company directives.
- Reconciles the daily funds coming in from sales, makes bank deposits, and handles payroll.
- Calculate which food or drink items bring in more revenue, and modify the menu to increase profitability.
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
- The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
