Duties and Responsibilities ;
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Ensure the effective flow of all administration including but not limited to processing office administration, employee certificates, file notes, payroll, departmental signature folders, bank letters, work certificates, clearance process.
- Update the internal databases for the department.
- Ensure all personal files are kept up-to-date at all times.
- Take minutes in disciplinary and grievance meetings, assist informal grievance processes and letters.
- Ensure accurate stationery supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
- Assist in the mobilization of the new hires by booking accommodation and air tickets.
- Assist in recruitment administration by inviting applicants, prepare offer letters and contracts.
- Liaise with the PRO in regards to the new visa requests, renewals, or cancellation and keep the tracking sheet updated.
- Ensure that the licenses and the various official documents are valid and tracked.
- Support the finance office when required.
- The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
