Candidates must have 5-6 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities :

-The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Ensuring credit and collection policies and
procedures are followed within your team.
- Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a collection is done on a timely basis.
- Reconciling of external customer accounts monthly.
- Reconciling of related parties accounts monthly.
Preparing sales team incentive and commission calculation.
- Following up with the sales team for collection.
Creating business partners and inquiries in the system.
- Posting of customers’ payment by recording cash, checks, and credit transactions.
- Preparing management reports related to accounts receivables.
- Advance understanding of general accounting procedures.
- Advance understanding of bank entries, and payment allocations.
- Excellent communication skills utilized in resolving customer queries.
- Sound knowledge of collection and claims procedures.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
